1. Cookie & Digital Sovereignty Policy (ePrivacy)
Luar IT strictly complies with the European ePrivacy Directive and Irish Data Protection Commission guidelines. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, Google Analytics, social media trackers, or canvas fingerprinting.
A. Technical Necessary Cookies: Ingress load-balancing session cookies, CSRF protection tokens. Stored in memory for session duration only.
B. Perimeter WAF Tokens: Botnet verification and rate-limiting challenges on Dublin edge nodes.
C. Zero-PII Performance Telemetry: Anonymized uptime and latency metrics hosted on sovereign Irish servers.
2. Data Processing Addendum (GDPR Article 28)
When managing client firewalls, VPS instances, or mail relays, Luar IT acts strictly as a Data Processor. We enforce:
- Zero secondary monetization: Client payloads and telemetry are never mined, analyzed for profiling, or transferred to third parties.
- Full encryption in transit (TLS 1.3 Strict) and full-disk LUKS2 at rest.
- Emergency 72-hour regulatory breach notification SLAs under GDPR Article 33.
3. Cryptographic Warrant Canary (Q3 2026)
We confirm zero secret surveillance subpoenas, zero foreign FISA orders, and zero backdoor insertions on our systems.
